Chillers for Wineries
Wineries of all sizes require accurate temperature control. Wineries use chillers in the fermentation process of wine making to control the temperature during fermentation. The required temperature may vary depending upon the preferences of the wine maker and the type of wine being made. However, most wineries require their chillers to operate in the range of 35°F to 50°F and 45°F to 60°F for wine vessel temperatures.
