Anodizing Chiller
Regardless of the application (Type I Chromic Acid Anodizing, Type II Commercial Anodizing, Type III Hard Coat Anodizing, Titanium Anodizing, Impregnation, and Chromate Anodizing) we have the ability to provide anodizing chillers to accommodate the application. We are able to provide portable anodizing chillers, modular chillers, packaged chillers, split chillers, or closed loop chiller systems to provide flexibility of installation in all types of environments. The portable Anodizing Chillers may be utilized when there are several applications in one location that require cooling.
About Anodizing Chiller
The innovative, reliable and easily maintained Portable Anodizing Chiller is designed to circulate a fluid medium between 20° – 70°F and is constructed with a (PLC) Programmable Logic Controller. The PLC displays instrumentation information i.e.; pump discharge pressure and flow, compressor suction and discharge pressure as well as compressor pump status. The highly programmable PLC may be customized to your process and software may be updated via a programming key or transferred directly from a personal computer. The PLC also displays troubleshooting information and identifies and adjusts to marginal operating conditions. Additional features include a remote set-point and alarm, re-transmission as well as self-testing, sensor failures and diagnostics.
The Anodizing Chiller includes top quality non-proprietary components that will stand up to the process and the plant environment. The best refrigeration components available have been selected, including a scroll compressor. Each liquid anodizing chiller is factory tested prior to shipping to ensure top quality.
